Deze morgend opgestaan met pijn in mn nek, geknelde zenuw, dus rug trainen zat er niet in vandaag heb dan mn chest nog eens aangepakt Heb voor de eerste keer in 2 maand nog eens gebenched en direct mn pr verhoogt Chest Bench Press 12*50kg 8*70kg 6*80kg 2*90kg 1*95kg pr Incline Bench Press 8*55kg 8*60kg 8*65kg Peck Deck 8*45kg 8*55kg 6*60kg Close Grip Machine Bench Press (superset: lager gaan met gewicht, hoger met reps, geen pauze tussen sets) 6*80kg 6*70kg 8*60kg 8*50kg 12*40kg 12*30kg 60*20kg (laatste set tot failure) dan mn kuiten nog wat getrained op de sled machine, en 20min licht tempo fietsen Ben bly met mn personal record op de bench press, had nochtans voorgenomen om pas volgende maand te benchen, maar wou het eens proberen... Binnen een maand nog eens benchen en dan concentreren op die 100kg PR (was mn doel voor 2008, maar dit zal vroeger verbroken worden!!!

Vandaag eerste dag weesten trainen, ben al 5 dagen ziek. Vandaag was de eerste dag dat ik me fit genoeg voelde om te trainen. Maar de kracht zit er toch nog niet voor 100% in hoor.
