Nee man, dit weekend weer rustig aan gedaan.

Vrijdag feestje van 2 exen (ja zijn huisgenoten, allebei mee gehad), geen druppel gedronken.
Zaterdag Sensation black, misschien vier BrEeZaH's en een g'tje, toen had ik het al weer gehad.

Volgend weekend ga ik ook niks drinken, ik weet het nu al.

ik spreek uit ervaring. Had mn enkelbanden gescheurd een paar weken geleden en kon van de pijn niets doen. Wat zou ik blij zijn als ik op toen toch nog wat kon doen.

Zondag anderhalf uur wezen mountainbiken in het bos, ging er woest aan toe. Zondagavond en vandaag met trainen last van m'n sleutelbeen. Was achteraf toch niet zo'n goed idee. Derhalve relaxed getraind. Pussy weights, 15 reps.
