Ga ik weer volgen. Binnen 4 weken tijdens de blok en examens ga ik even cutten en dan is iets dergelijks altijd leuk voor de afwisseling. Veel succes!

Overheadpress RP 55kg: 8/3/2

Dippen RP +5kg: 8/3/2

Lateral pulldown RP 65kg: 10/6/5

Barbell curl RP bar+30: 8/5/3

Hammercurl SS 16kg/ 15x

Standing calve raises SS 50kg/8x

Legpress, 45gr. SS 190kg/10x pr (vorige pr was 3x190)

Leg curl, liggend RP 55kg: 8/5/3

Heb ik gelezen, maar wat vind je de toegevoegde waarde van pulldowns tov pullups? Ik doe ze af en toe, maar ik verkies toch gewoon varianten van pullups.

Ik vind de een pulldown anders aanvoelen dan een pullup, dus wat afwisseling. En mijn trainingsmaat is nogal slecht in pullups

Ik heb trouwens nog flinke spierpijn in m'n pecs. Komt dus goed uit dat ik niet kan trainen morgen. Sowieso is het de eerste paar trainingen nog ff wennen; de negatieve fase moeten we nog meer nadruk op gaan leggen en het extreme stretchen moeten we ook nog toe gaan passen. We kunnen nog gaan genieten dus

Nice, zelf altijd benieuwd geweest naar DC. Ga het ook zeker eens een keer proberen maar nu eerst nog ff wat weken FB knallen. Keep up the good work

Tsja DC training is erg leuk om te doen, alleen vond ik het erg tegenvallen na mijn Texas method en madcow 5x5 avonturen. Succes iig.

Hoezo tegenvallen? Ik heb niet je gehele log gelezen, maar las er wel ergens dat je nooit eerdere dergelijke gains had gemaakt als met DC.

repranges maken niet bar veel uit, maar het viel me op dat je ze niet echt bewust hebt gebruikt

eigenlijk doe je blessuregevoelige oefeningen meestal wat hoger in hh.

Tot ik krachtgericht ging trainen niet nee. Ik deed DC (veel gains) --> Madcow 5x5 + Texas method (veel meer gains) --> DC (bah valt tegen). Zoiets
