Zup people  . Heb vandaag mijn eerste billstar trainingkje achter de rug. Ging allemaal erg goed, en heb helemaal geen last gehad van mijn blessures. Denk dat die EINDELIJK over zijn gegaan (nuss bar operatie).Heb dus in de vorige week op verschillende onderdelen ongeveer mijn 5x max getest. Merk nu dat ik wel hoger kan eigenlijk, maar ik begin liever wat lager dan meteen te hoog .Week 1 -- Dag 1 Squat: 5x 27,5 5x35 5x42.5 5x 50 5x55 Bench: 5x20 5x 25 5x30 5x35 5x40 Row (yates): 5x20 5x 27.5 5x30 5x37.5 5x42.5 4 setjes situps Comments: Eerste training bill star, ging me allemaal te makkelijk af vond ik zelf. Had gedacht dat ik nog last zou hebben van mijn borst bij flat benchen, maar daar had ik echt zowat helemaal geen last van!  . Snelle training, was zo klaar eigenlijk.Op naar de volgende training

Ok de wijze mod heeft gesproken . Ik heb btw een vraagje. Vrijdag komen als assistence de dips aan de beurt. Alleen het probleem is dat ik nog niet mijn volle gewicht kan dippen, aangezien dat nog pijn doet aan de zijkant van mijn borstkas waar die Nussbar bevestigd is. Zal ik dips veranderen door rope pulldowns?

Sorry dat ik geen pm heb gestuurd. . Ik dacht, ik open een log en stuur je dan een pm. Maar die pm ben ik vergeten . Thanks dat je me log gaat volgen.We hebben inderdaad zo'n dipstation, dat je op zo'n raar platformpje moet gaan staan. Ik denk dat ik het tegengewicht gewoon langzaam afbouw. Laatst kon ik pijnvrij met 10 kilo tegengewicht een aantal dips doen. Deed jij er nou ook nog wat chins bij in jouw bill* schema? En ben jij nog van plan om na je split weer een keer bill* te gaan doen?

Straks lekker trainen met een maat van me. Hij wil graag dat ik hem leer deadliften,squaten en de BOR etc. Dan gaat hij ook beginnen aan bill zijn ster. Training komt later.

Week 1 - Dag 2 Squat: 5x30, 37,5, 45, 45 Incline bench: 5x27,5, 32,5, 37,5, 42,5 Deadlift: 5x 42,5, 52,5, 60, 70 3 sets situps. Heb ook nog wat chinups geprobeert. Ging pijnvrij.

Probeerde alleen of die nog zeer deden . Dat deed het dus niet, en is voor mij een teken dat ik echt bijna alles weer kan. Dippen ging nogsteeds niet helemaal.
