Makkelijke manier om tonijn weg te werken..  
Ik heb sinds een paar dagen een goede manier gevonden om een blikje tonijn in een paar minuten naar binnen te werken.

Men neme:
1 blikje tonijn op waterbasis
2 schijfjes ananas in eigen nat (dus zonder toegevoegde suikers)
een beetje water

Gooi alles in de blender, even mixen, in een groot glas doen en in een paar slokken naar binnen klokken. De ananas zorgt ervoor dat het toch nog een beetje smakelijk is...

In de tijd dat ik ook nog zo obsessief bezig was met eten eten eten spoelde ik de tonijn ook snel weg met een grote slok water in de mond erbij.

De echte rambo gebruikte ook geen ananas toen hij een hert rauw opat.
Gewoon een salade er van maken met wat ui,zout,peper en wat heinz augurken er door zijn ook lekker.
