Nachtmerries Zink of Magnesium  
Ik heb laatst een potje Ca, Mg en Zn gekocht. Ik weet niet of jullie dit ook hebben, maar ik krijg vaak rusteloze nachten van Mg of Zn. Met rusteloos bedoel ik letterlijk: nachtmerries. Onbehaaglijk gevoel tijdens slapen doordat ik beangtigende dromen krijg en iets waar ik altijd al last van heb: slaapparalyse. Ik heb het een paar dagen gebruikt en meteen gestaakt. Ik heb het uiteraard over hoeveelheden die meer dan 100% per dag zijn. Ik heb vroeger ooit ZMA gebruikt en ik meen te herinneren dat ik het toen ook had.
Heeft iemand hier ook ervaring mee?

In dit geval is het een potje van kruidvat. Die ZMA was weer een commercieel fitness merk. Dus kwa merk maakt het niet veel uit.

Ik slaap juist erg lekker op ZMA, ik heb wel het idee dat ik wat meer droom en mijn dromen wat "helderder" onthoud soms haha. Maar gelukkig geen nachtmerries.

Ik denk dat het merk ZMA er niet zo veel toe doet, ZMA is een gepatenteerde formule dus is vrijwel gelijk van elk merk.

Had ik ook, zowel met ZMA als met Melatonine. Ik sliep er wel dieper door maar dat ging vaak gepaard met nachtmerries.

kan me niet herinneren dat ik ooit een nachtmerrie heb gehad van de zma... wel is het zo dat ik dieper slaap en meer droom

Zoals ik het hier lees hebben mensen hier dus ook vaker last hiervan. Ik denk dat het erg persoonlijk is. Volgens mij grijpt het sowieso in op dromen. En bij de een kan het averechts uitpakken doordat hij juist enge dromen krijgt.
Ik heb dit trouwens ook met kruidenthee dat voor de slaap bedoeld is. Zo heb ik een bepaald kruidenthee gebruikt dat goed blijkt te helpen voor een rustige nacht. Nou, ik werd badend in het zweet wakker! Heb dat spul nooit meer gedronken!
