WHAT IS IT?

WHAT DOES IT DO?

Cortisol is van levensbelang, omdat het een stresshormoon is, in nood moet je een goede aanvoer van het spul hebben, zou er niet meegaan klooien als je niet 100% gezond bent, en dan is het natuurlijk nog de vraag of het werkt.

ik ben er vorige week mee begonnen en merk nog niks, ben wel nog iets hoger in de eiwitten gegaan, en verder hou ik alles goed bij, alle reacties etc etc, wel vorige week gehad dus niks gedaan na een paar mnd was wel even lekker, en had mijn lichaam ook wel nodig, alleen afg week zwaar getraind en nu nog overal spierpijn!!

Het klinkt als HMB. Dat doet volgens mij het zelfde. Hoofdzakelijk cortisol blocken dus. Dat schijnt pas lekker te werken als je langer dan een uur traint, omdat dan pas je cortisol productie toeneemt.
Maar de meningen blijven verdeeld hier op dit forum.
