There's a gym called barbarians, I think its as far as hardcore goes in Amsterdam. Hardcore gyms are slowly fading dream

Or you could go with the train to Almere is a 20minute trip from amsterdam central station and go to Simons powerhouse gym is also one of the best hardcore gyms in the netherlands
