Hij doet krachtoefeningen in de gym, maar omdat hij flexibel/lenig/snel moet blijven doet hij ook veel bodyweight oefeningen, en andere oefeningen waarbij je je hele lichaam gebruikt. Zal een combinatie van beiden zijn. Hij zegt ook in z'n film dat hij is opgegroeid op een boerderij, en daar eigenlijk begonnen is met trainen. Plus veel bruiner, wat ook veel doet voor het oog Als je alleen z'n kop nu al ziet, zie je al dat hij wat extra spek heeft, dat scheelt ook wel. In de WWE woog hij tussen de 125 en 135 kg ja, wel gortdroog.

Karma Power: 0 | hij is afgevallen naar net onder de 265 pond, omdat hij zijn pijlen op de UFC heeft gericht, en daar is het maximum dat je mag wegen in de HW div. 265 pond. zijn agility is uniek voor iemand met zijn bouw, hij is respectvol naar de andere vechters, heeft geen grootheidswaanzin, heeft in zijn partij tegen kim laten zien dat hij een uitstekende top position controle heeft, en zijn passing van de half guard naar mount was een perfect uitgevoerde move. hij is er echt goed mee bezig. |

Karma Power: 16 | Hmmz dan ben ik zwaarder Die tackle move staat hem natuurlijk wel op zijn buik geschreven, na zijn worstel en football achtergrond. Agility heeft ie ook grotendeels van het worstelen (college tijd) en door zijn krachten en snelheid moet top position control idd ook niet tot de problemen behoren, vandaar ik hem liefst een echte partij zie vechten ipv tegen angle...

That fight was fulfillment of a one-fight deal with K-1. Now, the 30-year-old Lesnar wants to compete in the UFC. With his collegiate wrestling accomplishments and pro wrestling popularity, Brock Lesnar is one of the highest profile free agents in MMA. Sporting an MMA record of 1-0, what Lesnar lacks in MMA experience, he more than makes up for in potential pay-per-view buys. Contacted by several promotions, Lesnar is tired of the run-a-round and is ready to ink a deal. "We're playing the games, but I'm tired of playing games,” stated Lesnar. “It's time for somebody to make a move. I'm going to go down to the UFC and see what the hell is going on down there." Asked if he has talked to UFC President Dana White about his interest in competing in the Octagon, Lesnar answered, "We've spoken. I cannot deny or confirm anything. I'm just telling you this, I'm going to be there Saturday night and I'm looking for a win. I don't care who it is. If I had to fight somebody, I'd like to fight Randy [Couture]. "I'm going to be attending the UFC this weekend, and I'm going to go down and watch and see in person, because I've watched these guys fight on TV.
