mja, t is voor een maat van me, ik train liever in de gym. hij wil liefst iets nieuws dus die helisports is wel wat denk ik.. Thanx!

Ik zou zelf dingen 2dehands bestellen, squatrack (hoeft niet eens een powerrack te zijn), bankje, halter & gewichten en evt. een chinbar en db's is all you need, 2de hands kun je voor onder de 500 euro dit alles nog wel krijgen.
