graag jullie mening , ik zou binnen een jaar een kuur willen doen maar eerst nog wat naturel bijkomen . ik was al aant zoeken wat ik het beste zou doen en hoeveel . ik denk dat ik voor deca en susta zou gaan omdat ik in het verleden nog die combo gedaan heb en ik was daar toen toch goed van bijgekomen . was toen als ik mij niet vergis deca 200mg +susta200mg p/w . maar mijn trainings makker nu zegt van dat minder te doen zoals 3 deca's en 3 sustanons verspreiden over 6weken dus 1week deca en de andere week susta ,enz... en dit zo 2keer per jaar . laat de meningen maar komen  grtz Tom |

Theoretisch snap ik de denkwijse hiervan wel.deca werkt 2 weken en susta tegen de 3.In de praktijk zul je hier weinig aan hebben omdat het voor een bodybuilder te laag is.dus doe gewoon elke week een deca en susta.Susta is overgens 250 mg. |
